Scitec's Protein Muffin powder was developed by our experts to support the higher protein needs of active people (including bodybuilders) and it contains 26 g protein per serving. Protein Muffin contains various complete protein sources: whey protein and egg white. They support the body with all the necessary types of amino acids including the 9 essential ones.

Other Ingredients:
Strawberry-white chocolate-coconut: Oat Flour (Gluten), Refined coconut oil, Whey Protein Concentrate (from Milk, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin), Flavor Enhancer (Xylitol), Oat Fiber (Gluten), Egg White Protein, Lyophilized Strawberry Pieces, Raising Agent (Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Coconut shreds, Flavors (White Chocolate, Coconut), Sodium Chloride, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid Anhydrous), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K).

Preheat your oven and place muffin cups into a muffin tray. Mix one serving (120 g of powder) with 100 ml of water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Mix vigorously with a spoon or beater. Pour the batter into the cups (around 4 muffins), depending on your oven it takes 15-20 minutes to bake on medium heat (180-200°C). Test for doneness with needle probe before finish baking. Wait until it cools down and enjoy!
